Accessibility

Feedback Mechanism

To report cases of non-compliance with accessibility requirements or to request information and content excluded from the scope of application of the directive on accessibility, you can send a notification to the following contacts:

PEC: segreteria@comune.nepi.vt.it

In the notification, please indicate the page and/or element of the page that, according to the notifier, is deficient and/or entirely lacking the necessary accessibility parameters. This will allow the provider to promptly address and resolve these deficiencies or omissions in a precise and targeted manner.

The development of the website complies with the directives set forth in the Stanca Law (Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004) and adheres to Article 4 of Directive 8/09 issued by the Minister for Public Administration and Innovation. These directives aim to ensure access to IT tools for individuals with disabilities. All institutional websites of public entities must comply with these obligations, including European regulations on the subject and the international standards of the W3C. In this regard, the design has taken into account the most up-to-date technologies in the field of accessibility and usability.

XHTML, HTML5, CSS3

All the pages of the site are technically developed to comply with the specifications set by the W3C. W3C validators are tools that verify the correctness of pages and their adherence to these specifications.

LAYOUT AND GRAPHICS

In compliance with the latest web technologies, the page structure does not use tables; the entire structure is primarily built using SECTION and DIV elements as the foundation for the page architecture, complemented by CSS3 stylesheets for defining sizes, colors, images, backgrounds, styles, headings, and links. This approach ensures an organized, clean, and “responsive” layout, adaptable to all formats and supported by all major browsers that comply with W3C standards.

RESPONSIVE LAYOUT

The design of each individual page adapts to the resolution of the user’s device (PC, tablet, smartphone). The text size can be adjusted by the user without losing information.

CONTRAST

The color of the text and the background where it appears always has high contrast, facilitating text readability.

BROWSER

The site’s adherence to W3C standards is consistently maintained; however, the variety of existing browsers may not always guarantee correct display results or may lead to discrepancies between different versions of the same browser. Whenever possible, efforts will be made to ensure a consistent display of site content across all browsers, addressing any rendering issues to guarantee the site’s usability.

Below are the most commonly used browsers and operating systems:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Opera

  • Edge
