In Nepi, the 2026 Patron Saint Festivities will take place from 22 to 25 August 2026. The town will become a vibrant setting for celebration and joy, where ancient traditions and new experiences will come to life through a lively programme of events in honour of the Patron Saints Ptolemy and Romanus.
Saturday, 22 August
The programme will begin on Saturday, 22 August with the traditional San Romano Concert, performed by the “E. Gai” Musical Band, an event that for many years has officially marked the opening of the Patron Saint celebrations.
Sunday, 23 August
The day will be dedicated to one of the most solemn moments of the festivities: the Procession of the Patron Saints Ptolemy and Romanus, which will depart from the Cathedral of Nepi and make its way through the streets of the historic centre, renewing a tradition deeply rooted in the local community.
In the evening, music will take centre stage with Pensieri Positivi, the official Jovanotti tribute band, followed by the first tombola draw.
Monday, 24 August
The most eagerly awaited event will take place on Monday, 24 August, when the stage in Piazza del Comune will welcome Briga as part of his Summer Tour 2026. The Rome-born artist, one of the most popular singer-songwriters on the Italian pop-rap scene, will bring an energetic and emotional show packed with his greatest hits to Nepi, making it one of the highlights of the entire festival.
The second tombola draw will take place after the concert.
Tuesday, 25 August
Another outstanding evening will bring the 2026 Patron Saint Festivities in Nepi to a grand finale. Taking centre stage will be the Gemelli di Guidonia, the celebrated vocal trio who have won over Italian audiences in recent years thanks to their remarkable ability to combine music, comedy and impressions in an entertaining show suitable for the whole family.
Following the third tombola draw, the 2026 festivities will come to a close with the traditional fireworks display, presented by the award-winning Colonnelli Fireworks, lighting up the skies above Nepi and bringing four days of celebrations to a spectacular conclusion.
